Role Description The Management Trainee role at Life at Viction is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The trainee will rotate through key business functions, supporting daily operations, client services, and internal projects related to trading and investment activities. Responsibilities include assisting in market research and analysis, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting educational programs and training sessions for clients and internal teams. The role involves collaborating with senior staff to learn business processes, compliance requirements, and performance metrics, as well as contributing ideas to improve workflows and client experience. Management Trainees are expected to actively participate in structured training, attend internal workshops, and work toward becoming future leaders within the organization.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret market data and financial information.
Solid communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through on assigned tasks.
Collaborative mindset, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn from feedback and mentorship.
Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
Interest in trading, investment, and financial markets; prior exposure or internships in related fields are an advantage.
Proficiency in basic office and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with trading platforms is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, and commit to a structured full-time training program.
