This is a full-time, on-site position based in South Jakarta, Indonesia, for the role of Management Trainee. The Management Trainee will be engaged in hands-on training to develop managerial and leadership skills, assist in analyzing financial data, and work closely with team leads on strategic business initiatives. Responsibilities include participating in team-based projects, gaining insights into organizational processes, and contributing to the achievement of overall business objectives. Candidates will collaborate with various departments to develop operational knowledge and prepare for leadership roles within the company.
