Management Trainee (Jakarta Only)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee based in South Jakarta. The Management Trainee will engage in comprehensive training programs that cover various areas of the business, including operations, client engagement, and strategic planning. Responsibilities will include assisting with daily operations, analyzing processes, learning multidisciplinary functions, and contributing to the growth and development of the organization. The role is designed as a pathway to develop future managers and leaders within the company.

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous internship or work experience in related fields is an advantage, but not required
• Fluency in English and Indonesian
