Management Trainee IT, Procurement & Logistic

Our Management Trainee Program provides career acceleration for APP Group's future leaders. In this program, you will experience an intensive in-class training as well as on-the-job training, mentored by our professional and experienced leaders. The program will give you exposure and learning in our supporting division team regarding to your career vision and potentials.

What are required from you:

• Fresh Graduate, with a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Logistic, Cybersecurity, Mechanical Engineering
• Min. GPA 3.50 out of 4.00 scale
• Max. 2 years of working experience
• Proficient in English and/or Mandarin (written & verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, esp. Ms. Excel
• Strong interpersonal and management skills, with potential leadership, high integrity and keen passion
• Adaptable person that has profound organizational skills, proven with excellent organizational experiences
• Willingness to be placed in any of the APP's location all around Indonesia.
