We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee – Finance to join our team. This program is designed to develop future finance professionals by providing hands-on experience in financial operations, reporting, budgeting, tax planning, and business analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tax planning, financial management, and cash flow management to support business decision-making.
- Handle daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end closing activities.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Participate in developing and improving financial management systems and business processes.
- Prepare operational and management reports, identify business risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in preparing Group financial reports and other corporate reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis).
- Familiarity with financial systems such as Yonyou (UFIDA) is an advantage (training will be provided for candidates willing to learn).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or other accounting certifications (or candidates currently pursuing these qualifications) are preferred.
