Management Trainee Engineering

Our Management Trainee Program provides career acceleration for APP Group's future leaders. In this program, you will experience an intensive in-class training as well as on-the-job training, mentored by our professional and experienced leaders.

What are required from you:

• Fresh Graduate, with a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering major (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial)
• Min. GPA 3.50 out of 4.00 scale
• Max. 2 years of working experience
• Proficient in English and/or Mandarin (written & verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, esp. Ms. Excel
• Strong interpersonal and management skills, with potential leadership, high integrity and keen passion
• Adaptable person that has profound organizational skills, proven with excellent organizational experiences
• Willingness to be placed in any of the APP's location all around Indonesia.
