The Management Trainee Program at Taka Group is an exclusive program for young talents to grow into our future leaders. Over 12 months, you will receive intensive training, gain direct involvement in strategic projects, and continuous professional development.

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (D4/S1) of Mechanical Engineering, Geodesy & Geomatics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Port and Shipping Management (KALK), Marine Transportation Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, and Management from reputable university
2. Single, max. 26 years old
3. Min. GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
4. Max 1 year experience
5. Proficient in English & Bahasa
6. Strong interpersonal skills
7. Active in co-curricular activities
8. Willing to be assigned to any Taka Group location
