Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management System Staff, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Management System Staff will ensure compliance with established management processes, maintain and update company certifications such as ISO documents, monitor regulatory adherence, and support quality, safety, and environmental management systems. Additional responsibilities include conducting evaluations, assisting with audits, and collaborating with team members to optimize management system performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of various management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and SMK3.
• Skills in documentation, system evaluation, and management system implementation support.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in report preparation, data analysis, and audit processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
• Bachelor's degree in management, industrial engineering, or related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant management system tools (advantageous).
• Previous experience working in industries such as construction, EPC, or operations and maintenance is a plus.
