Management System & Compliance Consultant
[Full-time/Contract Based]
About the Role
We are looking for a Management System & Compliance Consultant to lead consulting projects from proposal development through delivery. This role combines technical consulting, project leadership, client management, and team coordination, with a focus on management system and compliance projects.
What You'll Do
- Develop and review technical proposals and project approaches.
- Lead client pitching, presentations, and technical discussions.
- Lead end-to-end consulting projects as Project Leader.
- Coordinate project teams, timelines, deliverables, and client communication.
- Oversee Management System & Compliance project implementation and quality.
- Review assessments, gap analyses, audit findings, and project outputs.
- Develop practical recommendations aligned with applicable standards and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and corrective actions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure successful project delivery.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Management, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in Management System, Compliance, ISO Consulting, Certification, Auditing, or related fields.
- Experience in project leadership, technical proposal development, and client pitching.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001, and other relevant standards.
- ISO Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer certification is highly preferred.
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, and client management skills.
