Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Staff based in Surabaya. The Management Staff will oversee daily operations, coordinate team activities, and assist in implementing business strategies. Responsibilities include supervising workflow efficiency, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining effective communication between departments. The role requires a proactive individual with strong planning and problem-solving skills to ensure operational success.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and facilitate collaboration.
- Organizational skills, including time management and multitasking, to oversee and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analysis, report preparation, and the use of business tools or software for operational monitoring.
- Knowledge of financial markets, futures trading, forex, and derivatives is an advantage.
- Ability to adhere to and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a management or team leadership role is highly desirable.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate dynamic and challenging situations effectively.
