Job Description

Management Secretary:

  • Manage and maintain management schedules, appointments, etc.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and manage documents and records.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.

Requirements:

  • Support MSCS Vision and Mission
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Secretary or Management
  • Minimum of 1 year experience at a supervisory level is required.
  • English proficiency and experience in a similar field will be beneficial
  • Honest, teamwork, good communication skills, open-minded, resourceful, energetic
  • Will be based in Surabaya
