What You Do

• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate Management Reports to support business decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business financial statements to provide meaningful insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of the management reporting framework.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to OCBC Group in accordance with specified templates and mapping guidelines.
• Prepare comprehensive and informative materials for Board of Directors meetings, including detailed financial analyses.
• Oversee the timely preparation and submission of financial statements for all bank branches to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with various business units to ensure operational activities comply with applicable regulations and bank policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align reporting outputs with evolving business needs.

Who You Are

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in finance, reporting, or control functions.
• You have a Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline, with a strong preference for Accounting, Management, or related fields.
• You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly.
• You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• You are proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation in reporting workflows.
• You demonstrate strong integrity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• You are comfortable working in a dynamic, regulated environment and maintaining strict adherence to compliance standards.
