Job Description

Our Future Leader Program takes a multidimensional approach for Fresh Graduates to learn through an learning ecosystem and networking opportunities in order to nurture and develop you as a future leader. As a Future Leader in the Real Estate Industry, you will be part of an immersive program designed to provide you with hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of the real estate business. You will work closely with senior management teams across various departments, including sales, marketing, property management, and operations, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry's dynamics and contribute to ongoing business projects

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Learning & Development: Acquire in-depth knowledge of business operations through targeted training to prepare for future leadership roles.
  2. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, analyze competitors, and provide actionable insights for business growth.
  3. Project Management Support: Collaborate on cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contributing to the successful delivery of key initiatives.
  4. Business Strategy & Marketing Execution: Assist in developing data-driven strategies and implementing effective marketing campaigns to drive revenue and brand awareness.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement & Networking: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and partners to expand business opportunities and enhance strategic partnerships.
  6. Operational Excellence: Support business operations by identifying inefficiencies, streamlining processes, and contributing to overall organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban/Town Planning, Business Management, Marketing, or Law with a minimum GPA of 3.20
  • Fresh graduate from a reputable university or up to 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Experience in leading projects and/or receiving awards is an advantage; active involvement in student organizations is preferred
  • Proficient in English with strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willing to be placed across all locations in Indonesia
