LippoLand is opening its Management Development Program — an accelerated career track for graduates who want to help build the places where thousands of Indonesians live, work and gather.
You will rotate across our business units, work on live township and property projects, and learn directly from the people who shape them. The program is designed to move you into a position of real responsibility, not to keep you observing from the side.
Area of interest
Technical Function — Business Development · Master Planning · Project · Township Management
Preferred major: Architecture, Urban Design, Civil, Mechanical & Electrical, Business, Management
Non-Technical Function — Property Sales Administration Services · Township Hospitality Management
Preferred major: Business, Management, Communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Urban & Regional Planning, Management / Business Administration, or Communication Studies, with a minimum GPA of 3.20
- Fresh graduates from reputable universities, or candidates with up to one year of relevant work experience
- Experience in leading projects and/or receiving academic or non-academic awards is an advantage
- Active involvement in student organizations is preferred
- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Willing to be placed across all LippoLand locations in Indonesia
