Management Consulting Associate

About the Role:

ARC Group is a global investment bank and management consulting firm focused on cross-border opportunities across Asia, the U.S., and Europe.

We are seeking a Management Consulting Associate to join our Jakarta team and work on cross-border engagements across strategy, operations, M&A and digital initiatives.

This is a full-time role within ARC Group's international consulting platform. Depending on project requirements, work may be performed remotely, from ARC's Jakarta office, or on-site at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute consulting engagements across Indonesia and international markets in collaboration with regional teams.
• Conduct market study through desktop research, interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
• Analyze findings and generate insights to define new business strategies or solutions. Develop presentations, reports, and other client-ready deliverables.
• Coordinate project delivery across multiple workstreams and communicate progress clearly to project leaders and stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Contribute to sales proposals, marketing materials, and other business development activities.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management, Engineering or other related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, transformation, strategy and operations, operational improvement, or digital transformation.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and strong Business English are required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
• Experience working in international or cross-cultural environments is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
