Management Consultant

As a Management Consultant, you will work closely with clients to identify business and management system challenges, develop practical solutions, and support their implementation. You will play an important role in delivering high-quality consulting projects, building trusted client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and reputation of the organization.

• Lead or support ISO consulting projects from initial assessment through implementation and certification readiness.
• Conduct gap assessments, business process reviews, process mapping, risk assessments, and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop and review policies, procedures, SOPs, risk registers, process maps, and other management system documentation.
• Prepare professional assessment reports, audit working papers, presentations, recommendations, and action plans.
• Develop training materials, audit checklists, assessment tools, and other consulting deliverables.
• Deliver or support client training, workshops, and awareness sessions.
• Support internal audits, management reviews, and certification audit preparation.
• Monitor project progress and work closely with clients and internal consulting teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, ISO implementation, management systems, internal audit, risk management, business process, information security, or compliance.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, and/or ISO 37001 is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of business processes, risk management, management system documentation, and internal audit.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Able to prepare professional deliverables using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and managing multiple project assignments.
• ISO Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer, Internal Auditor, or other relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Willing to travel and work at client locations as required.
