About The Role

AIA Indonesia is back with AIA Management Associate Program! This is an 18-month fast-track program with real exposure, leadership training, and cross-functional rotations to accelerate your career to a managerial role.

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree from any major, with a minimum GPA of 3.20
• Fresh graduates with internship experience or up to 3 years of professional work experience
• Strong English proficiency (TOEFL ≥550 / IELTS ≥6 is a plus)
• Proven leadership experience in organizations or communities
• Strong leadership potential, with proactiveness, resilience, and strong relationship-building skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with curiosity, innovation, and a growth mindset
• Open to cross-functional rotations and relocation across Indonesia
