We are now looking for a Management Assistant who is hands-on, proactive, and enthusiastic about being part of our journey.

Your Role

As our Management Assistant, you will be an essential part of our daily operations, providing strong support to our management team and ensuring the smooth running of both administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily budget, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of expenses.
• Oversee the work floor, ensuring procedures are followed and supporting a positive work environment.
• Assist in daily matters such as Human Resources Development (HRD).
• Adjust and control work procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date, efficient, and compliant with company standards.
• Provide essential support to the production team by monitoring progress and assisting with planning improvements.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in Indonesian and English.
• Experience with administrative tasks and/or operational support.
• A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
