Job Description

This is an entry-level position, independent-contract basis and the service fee is USD 150 + plus commissions (upon closing deals) per month and bonuses based on performance.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Compensation: USD 150/month + commissions from deals closed by the Business Development team

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Management Assistant & SOP Control Staff to support both our Management Team and Business Development Team.

This is an integral operational role at the core of our organization. You will work closely with leadership, ensure execution discipline across teams, and help keep our global operations structured, measurable, and efficient.

Reporting Line

You will report to:

  • The Protocol / SOP Manager, and
  • The Business Development Manager
  • Key Responsibilities

1. SOP, Protocol & Performance ControlAssist the Protocol Manager in enforcing SOPs and operational procedures

  • Monitor and validate Clockify time tracking for all Business Development team members
  • Check and verify:
  • Accuracy of reports
  • Quality and quantity of work delivered
  • Prepare summaries and performance overviews for management
  • Assist in preparing the monthly time budget for each Global Division

2. Coordination & Operations SupportAct as a coordination hub between:

  • Management
  • Business Development team
  • Protocol/SOP function
  • Ensure smooth internal execution of processes and follow-ups

3. Meeting & Management SupportAssist in:

  • Internal meeting scheduling
  • External meeting coordination
  • Agenda preparation and follow-ups
  • Support both management and business development teams in daily operational flow

4. Administrative & Control FunctionsMaintain structured documentation

  • Track task execution and deadlines
  • Ensure operational discipline and reporting consistency across teams
