We're hiring Managed Service Engineer (Jakarta)
We're looking for problem solvers who can own services and support clients end-to-end.
Work Location:
Graha Sucofindo, Pancoran, Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Handle implementation and maintenance of managed services
- Monitor and troubleshoot network and IT systems on client side
- Act as technical PIC for client issues and requests
- Coordinate with internal teams for deployments and projects
- Prepare technical documentation and service reports
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking (IP, routing, Wifi)
- Experience in IT Support, Managed Services, or Field Engineer roles
- Familiar with devices such as Mikrotik, access points, or firewalls
- Basic server knowledge (installation, remote access, troubleshooting)
- Good communication skills (client-facing role)
- Strong problem solving skills and sense of ownership
Nice to Have:
- Experience with access control, CCTV, or IoT projects
- Background in ISP or system integrator environments
