Monitor and control daily operational tasks (engineering, housekeeping, customer service, and parking) and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
Identify and implement strategies to drive foot traffic and increase tenant sales.
Ensure the safety and security of the retail premises and implement emergency response protocols as needed.
Collaborate with relevant teams to execute marketing and promotional events to attract shoppers and increase sales.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in mall management or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
