Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with major clients to understand their needs and ensure service excellence.
  • Sales Strategy: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to capture new business.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to secure profitable agreements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and support teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance and provide insights to senior management regarding account health and potential risks.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
