Maintenance TPM - Quality Engineer

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety/K3

2. Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Safety / Quality Engineer / Maintenance Engineer

3. Familiar with the entire safety production standardization management system, familiar with ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards; Master audit principles and related audit skills;

4. Familiar with industry safety, fire protection, special equipment and other laws, regulations and safety standards;

5. Familiar with factory EHS audit, risk assessment, safety management formulation and other work processes and system requirements

6. Understand equipment production process standards and parameter management.

7. Have leadership skills, be able to effectively assign tasks, motivate team members, and ensure efficient team operation.

8. Fluent in English both written and verbal. Mandarin will be a plus.
