Maintenance Supervisor - Utility

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering plus 2 - 3 years of experience.
• Industrial knowledge and experience in plant services.
• Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience.
• Strong understanding of heat exchangers and fluid mechanics is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in low-voltage control systems and the interpretation of P&ID diagrams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of WWTP systems, particularly in treatment process operations

• Ensure all machines, equipment, and company facilities are well-maintained.
• Monitor and reduce energy usage.
• Ensure proper waste handling and environmental compliance.
• Support and guide the maintenance team.
• Help manage maintenance budget and costs.
• Improve team efficiency and control overtime.
• Coordinate with external parties for smooth operations.
• Oversee maintenance and project work.
• Train and develop the maintenance team.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed.
• Handle compliance, reports, and certifications.
• Maintain relateddocuments.
