About the Role
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of production equipment through effective maintenance planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for minimizing equipment downtime, improving operational efficiency, supporting manufacturing excellence programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve productivity and operational targets.
What Will You Do
- Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
- Lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives and drive continuous improvement programs across manufacturing operations.
- Monitor and analyze production performance data, including OEE, downtime, and cycle time, to identify improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure the smooth execution of maintenance and improvement activities.
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM methodologies to improve productivity, safety, and operational effectiveness.
- Support maintenance optimization projects and monitor implementation progress to ensure targeted performance improvements are achieved.
- Utilize maintenance management systems and data analysis to improve maintenance effectiveness and equipment performance.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience as maintenance supervisor in manufacture pharmaceutical or a related industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience in maintenance planning, equipment reliability management, and performance analysis using metrics such as OEE and downtime.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Willing to be placed at PT Saka Farma Laboratories (Kalbe Consumer Health), Cikarang Site.
