Position: Maintenance Supervisor
About The Role :
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that all machines and equipment are well-maintained and operate optimally, in compliance with CPOB (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety standards, and applicable regulations.
What You Will Do
- Assess plant business processes to anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop as well as implement effective solutions.
- Provide recommendations to enhance plant performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the Plant Head to manage plant-level projects (e.g., CONIM/Innovation Convention) and continuously monitor their performance.
- Facilitate regular reviews of plant performance through management meetings and related forums.
- Ensure that the Plant Management System aligns with the company system.
- Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional team members and management.
- Act as the Risk Management Point of Contact (PIC) and facilitate the Entity Risk Management process within the plant area.
What You Will Need
- Must have at least a Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Maintenance or Engineering
- Experience with TPM, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing
- Project management and Digital Transformation knowledge
- Strong in Reliability Engineering, Energy Efficiency, and Cost Saving
- Proficient with maintenance tools/software
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work shifting
- Willing to be placed in GIIC area, Cikarang.
