What you will do:
To ensure the property's facilities, equipment, and systems operate efficiently and safely by performing preventive maintenance and timely repairs to support uninterrupted guest services.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Perform minor repairs on equipment, fixtures, and property infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from operational teams.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and report major issues to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor and manage the usage of maintenance tools and spare parts.
You will fit in this job if you:
- Minimum vocational school (preferably in engineering, electrical, or mechanical).
- Experience: 1-2 years in maintenance roles; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Ability to read equipment manuals and basic diagrams.
- Basic literacy for maintenance logs and safety instructions.
- Basic numeracy for measuring and calculating repairs.
- Problem-solving, proactive, detail-oriented, physically fit, and safety-conscious.
