We are currently seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our team as a Maintenance & Technician Staff.
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform routine preventive maintenance for outlets and Head Office facilities.
- Handle repairs and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, plumbing, AC, civil work, kitchen equipment, and exhaust systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests and ensure repairs meet company standards.
- Manage and maintain spare parts, tools, and maintenance records.
- Prepare daily reports and document maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with outlet teams and support outlet opening projects when needed.
- Willing to work mobile across company outlets.
Qualifications :
- Minimum SMK / D3 in Engineering.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in maintenance/building maintenance.
- Experience in F&B, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries is preferred.
- Understanding of electrical, plumbing, AC, kitchen equipment, and preventive/corrective maintenance.
- Able to use maintenance tools and perform troubleshooting.
- Experience handling multi-outlet operations is an advantage.

- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and willing to work mobile across outlets.
