Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine monitoring of kitchen equipment, water systems, and electrical systems within the designated outlets
  • Perform necessary repairs and maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the proper functioning of the outlet.
  • Document issues and maintenance work performed, maintaining detailed records.

Requirements

  • SMA or equivalent
  • Experience working in F&B industry
  • Understand MEP (piping, electricity, gas system) and kitchen equipment (fryer, burner, freezer, hotdisplay, bain marie, etc).
