Determine priority levels between preventive maintenance schedules and corrective repairs to minimize machine downtime.
Conduct comprehensive and integrated analyses to identify root causes of issues within the unit, ensuring effective and efficient corrective actions.
Optimize workforce allocation and performance within the maintenance section.
Ensure compliance with standard procedures for Preventive Maintenance Execution and Corrective Maintenance Execution for production machinery.
Take initiative to address and resolve operational problems within the unit with responsible and decisive actions.
Provide recommendations to superiors regarding machine modifications, supporting equipment improvements, and work system enhancements to increase productivity.
Propose spare-part replacement when necessary, supported by completed and planned corrective actions.
Approve the creation or revision of engineering documents when required.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering with 13 years of relevant experience in maintenance or related fields.
Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
Strong managerial skills, including planning, leadership, performance evaluation, coaching, and counseling.
Good understanding of organizational structure, industry knowledge, company policies and procedures, GMP, Product Safety and SHE Policy, packaging safety standards (such as FSSC 22000 and BRC IoP), and ISO 9001:2015.
Possesses strong personal attributes such as creativity, effective time management, 5R management, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.
Solid technical knowledge of machinery and maintenance processes.
Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and relevant SAP transactions.
