Main Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented and experienced Maintenance Planning Supervisor (Mechanical and Electrical) to join our team. Your primary role will be to plan, monitor, and optimize maintenance activities for a fleet of over 200 pieces of equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance interventions using the BACKLOG method for over 200 mechanical and electrical pieces of equipment.
- Conduct maintenance rounds and coordinate field team interventions.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to ensure efficient and proactive management of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to optimize maintenance schedules, reduce unplanned downtime, and enhance equipment availability.
- Lead planning meetings and ensure alignment across teams.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in BACKLOG planning and proficiency with CMMS tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented, autonomous, with strong analytical skills.
Education & Experience
- BTS diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment.
