MAINTENANCE OPERATOR - IN LINE-1

Job Responsibilities**

• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on production equipment .
• Monitor machine performance, identify anomalies, and troubleshoot minor operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and calibration according to production requirements and specifications.
• Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Document maintenance activities, including repairs, adjustments, and parts used, accurately and timely.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine utilization and resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the production line.
• Report major equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to the maintenance supervisor promptly.
  
  

Job Qualifications**

• High School Diploma or vocational degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in machine operation or maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
• Good communication skills.
