Maintenance Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical engineer :

1The whole process of new equipment scheme review (from layout to equipment delivery), output equipment software FAT/LOP checklist and other documents to ensure that the new equipment meets the design requirements (reliability, maintainability, product safety/quality)

2Promote the assembly, commissioning and capacity climbing of the new cable according to the project plan to ensure that the new equipment meets the mass production requirements

3Support the software improvement of process capability, production efficiency, excellent rate, energy consumption and manufacturing cost of existing cable pulling equipment;

4Implement technical standard formulation and audit of equipment structure and components;

5Perform the audit of key equipment changes, and provide change control and technical support for the site;

6Perform the audit of formulating and updating AM/PM forms related to machinery;

7Perform the confirmation of risk spare parts list and update of machinery related equipment.
