Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for all maintenance activities (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) across production, storage, and jetty operations.
- Champion a culture of proactive maintenance, ensuring all preventive schedules are executed to maximise equipment uptime and lifespan.
- Lead a team of supervisors, optimising resources, tools, and spare parts to maintain plant efficiency and safety.
- Drive continuous improvement by analysing equipment performance data and providing critical input for budgeting and machine enhancement projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in maintenance leadership within critical industrial environments (chemical, oil & gas, petrochemical, or other process industry).
- Deep technical expertise in rotating & static equipment, high-pressure pumps, and maintenance management systems.
