Kualifikasi:
- Minimal Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or other relevant fields.
- Minimal 3 years experience as Maintenance Manager in FMCG Industry (preferably Food Industry or Pharmaceutical Industry).
- Project Management skills and experience are an added advantage.
- Understand vertical and horizontal machine packing, process machine, utilities, preventive maintenance systems, 5W and Fishbone Methods, TPM, AM, PLC, and SAP PM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Tanggung Jawab:
- Make an annual budget (MPP, CAPEX, FOH).
- Cost saving program and efficiency in the use of energy, spare parts and operations.
- Conduct, control, and evaluate operational activities (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Improving factory performance continuously for system improvement and creating teamwork to achieve the target.
