Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven experience in managing maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Strong knowledge of machinery, equipment systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience in managing maintenance teams, planning schedules, and improving equipment reliability and efficiency.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
