Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor the execution of technical projects through weekly reports and on-site inspections.
• Identify and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Evaluate machine energy usage to optimize machine performance.
• Coordinate the engineering team and related departments in analyzing technical issues related to machine installation.
• Plan and monitor the installation of production machinery.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on all technical activities and services to evaluate performance and drive improvements.
• Develop and review the engineering business plan, including budget control.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant role, particularly in engineering, maintenance, or engineering management functions.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to food production, TBM, Food Safety, and SHE.
• Able to take necessary actions to prevent potential adverse impacts on engineering systems, machinery, and finished products.
• Placement in Gresik, East Java.
