Manage end-to-end asset and facility operations across multiple sites, including asset deployment, maintenance planning and execution, reliability management, performance monitoring, cost control, OT operations, and facility management, while ensuring regulatory compliance, safety standards (QHSE), and continuous operational efficiency improvement.
Responsibilities
- Asset Lifecycle & Deployment Management. Manage the full asset lifecycle, including deployment, certification, readiness, utilization, modification, and disposal to ensure assets are safe, reliable, and fit for operation.
- Maintenance, Reliability & Performance Management. Lead asset maintenance planning and execution, reliability analysis, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement aligned with OEM standards and best industry practices.
- Cost Control, Compliance & Vendor Management. Control asset and facility costs, manage warranties and claims, ensure regulatory compliance, and enforce vendor adherence to maintenance plans, safety, and performance standards.
- OT & Operational Performance Oversight. Oversee OT operations and performance monitoring, handle incidents, conduct site inspections, and ensure accurate and timely reporting to Head Office.
- Facility Management & HSE Governance. Manage facility construction, operations, maintenance, evaluation, and disposal while ensuring space optimization, regulatory compliance, and implementation of QHSE/MK3LH policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 years supervisory experience with heavy machinery, production lines or related fields
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes
- Willing to be assigned to South Kalimantan
