Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Able to design and read electrical wiring diagrams.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD or Visio.
- Understanding of facility systems such as compressors and chillers.
- Experience in maintenance and servicing of production machines in a printing company is a plus.
Job Description :
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules, and supervise as well as monitor the implementation of preventive maintenance for machines and other equipment.
- Oversee inspections and periodic maintenance activities related to machine/equipment repairs (readiness, cleanliness, and condition).
- Analyze machine downtime and evaluate machine and equipment performance to provide improvement solutions.
- Prepare and compile monthly reports on Maintenance KPI achievements.
- Monitor spare parts inventory control to ensure availability of spare parts.
- Plan spare part requirements based on frequent machine troubleshooting cases.
- Willing to work outside normal working hours if required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned area.
