Maintenance Electrical Engineer

Electrical engineer :

1The whole process of new equipment scheme review (from layout to equipment delivery), output equipment software FAT/LOP checklist and other documents to ensure that new equipment meets design requirements (reliability, maintainability, product safety/quality);

2Promote the assembly, commissioning and capacity climbing of the new cable according to the project plan to ensure that the new equipment meets the mass production requirements;

3Support the software improvement of process capability, production efficiency, excellent rate, energy consumption and manufacturing cost of existing cable pulling equipment;

4Implement technical standard formulation and audit of equipment PLC program and robot system;

5Perform the audit of key equipment changes, and provide change control and technical support for the site;

6Perform the audit of electrical related AM/PM form formulation and update;

7Perform the confirmation of risky spare parts list and update of electrical related equipment.
