Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead maintenance of Blow Molding, Injection Molding, and ISBM machines, utilities, and facilities to ensure high equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, and regulatory standards, promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts.
  • Lead equipment installation, commissioning, continuous improvement.
  • Develop and coach maintenance and workshop teams while monitoring KPIs and performance.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of maintenance/engineering experience, including 3 years in a leadership role in plastic manufacturing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Blow Molding, Injection Molding, and ISBM equipment.
  • Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Jatake, Tangerang
