Maintenance and Reliability Management Consultant

In response to client demands and we are now looking to add to our Maintenance and Reliability management team. The candidate for this position will be responsible for working as part of our team in supporting client implement Maintenance and Reliability improvements in various industry sectors.

About the Role

We are looking for a Maintenance & Reliability Management Consultant to help clients to improve their performance.

In this role, you will work closely with operations and maintenance teams across industries such as oil & gas, mining, process/ petrochemical, power generation, and heavy manufacturing. You will apply and tailor structured, context-driven methodologies and best practices to each unique environment—delivering measurable and sustainable business impact.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate maintenance & reliability improvement such as:

• Asset maintenance strategy development
• Maintenance work management implementation,
• MRO spares optimization,
• Analyzing and synthesizing maintenance organization policies, processes, & procedures, designing specific solution for identified issues, and implementing identified solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent)
• 2–6 years of experience (in maintenance/reliability roles)
• Experience in maintenance & reliability function in industrial organization is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to remote or site-based locations
