Maintenance & Engineering Technician

Our client, a manufacturing and engineering company for high-precision printing rollers, engraving equipment, and cylinder tooling is currently looking for Maintenance & Engineering Technician to:

Job Description

• Manage and oversee M&E activities at the plant.
• Support machinery installation, commissioning, and plant preparation.
• Coordinate engineering activities with the Regional Engineering Manager.
• Manage and coordinate local technical vendors and contractors.
• Supervise maintenance and technical activities to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving for machinery and facility-related issues.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Certified and hands-on technical experience in M&E.
• Experience in managing or supervising technical teams/vendors.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in machinery installation and/or commissioning is preferred.
• Willing to relocate and work / based in Surabaya
