• Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project priorities, scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Establish and manage project timeline, resource allocation, vendors, and budgets, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes by implementing best practices and methodologies using waterfall or agile
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Maintain project artifacts from initiating to post implementation phase
