Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (with a valid diploma/certificate).
- General Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Managerial Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience required for Manager positions.
- Language: English is mandatory (required for effective communication).
- Mobility: Must be ready and willing to be placed in any project location as required by the company.
Role-Specific Requirements:
- Data Centre Positions: Specific experience in Data Centre projects is required.
- Energy Marshal: Must possess a valid and current K3 Electrical Safety Certificate (Sertifikat K3 Listrik).
- Lifting Engineer/Supervisor: Must hold relevant and valid professional certifications for lifting operations.
- M&E HSE Engineer/Supervisor: Must possess relevant valid certifications and have a strong Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) background.
- Quantity Surveyor (QS): Must be proficient in using PlanSwift software.
