Job Details

Department: PACE North Little Rock

Shift: Day

Working Hours: 8-5 Monday thru Friday

Summary:

The LPN checks in and prepares clinic arrivals for Physicians/APNs and manages the workflow for PACE providers and specialty-day clinics (podiatry, optometry, dentist, and hygienist) held approximately 1-2 times per month. The LPN accurately and timely receives and implements Physician orders, performs procedures and treatments such as wound care and dressing changes, and safely administers medications in accordance with policy, ensuring consistent documentation. The role requires providing a clean and safe environment, offering immediate assistance to residents, and consistently performing LPN skills including, but not limited to, blood and urine lab draws, feeding tube care, foley catheter insertion and care, blood sugar checks, pulse oximetry, and injections, as well as all other unit-specific skills as assigned.

Other Information:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Current LPN license in good standing is required (either AR license or multi-state license to include AR). CPR certification required. Long term care experience preferred but not required.
