Loss & Prevention Manager | AYANA BALI

We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Loss and Prevention Manager to work with our Loss & Prevention team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to reduce theft, accidents, and fraudulent activity
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of all areas of the property to identify and mitigate potential risks
• Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage and train a team of loss prevention professionals
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and reporting standards
• Work with law enforcement and other outside agencies as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Indonesian citizen
• Minimum of 2-year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
• Eloquent in English both written and spoken
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Certified in Security (Garda Pratama or other relevant fields)
