Job Summary

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities. This role ensures efficient and cost-effective movement of goods while maintaining high standards of service, compliance, and safety. The Logistics Supervisor leads a team, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement in logistics processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, and warehouse activities
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock control
  • Lead and monitor logistics team performance and shift activities
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and external suppliers
  • Resolve delivery, inventory, and operational issues promptly
  • Monitor KPIs and drive efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing or related industry will be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, and transportati
  • Good command in English
