About the role

We are seeking a Logistic Excellence Lead to join our team at our facility in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten on a full-time basis. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across our warehousing, storage and distribution operations. This position is central to our mission of optimising logistics performance and ensuring that our systems and processes meet the highest standards of efficiency and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, enhance productivity and maintain our competitive edge in the logistics industry. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement logistics excellence strategies and continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, storage and distribution operations
2. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for operational optimisation and cost reduction
3. Lead process improvement projects, utilising methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
4. Oversee and optimise warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock rotation and space utilisation
5. Implement best practices in health, safety and environmental compliance across all logistics facilities
6. Collaborate with operations, procurement and customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery
7. Manage and mentor logistics staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
8. Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to ensure compliance with operational standards and quality benchmarks
9. Identify training needs and develop capability-building programmes for the logistics team
10. Coordinate with stakeholders to implement new technologies and systems that enhance logistics efficiency

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, storage or distribution operations, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity
2. Proven expertise in process optimisation, continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent) and operational excellence frameworks
3. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management and supply chain best practices
4. Demonstrated ability to analyse operational data and translate insights into actionable improvement strategies
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience in training and developing logistics staff
6. Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
9. Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations relevant to logistics operations
10. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
11. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous
