Manage day-to-day penalty operations, act as the main PIC to Ops
Ensure operator adherence to operational SOPs, policies, and compliance standards
Monitor and analyze operator quality data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational issues and support business objectives

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in logistics/3PL operations
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields
Prior experience leading a team or managing junior team members in an operational environment
Strong understanding of operational processes and key metrics (productivity, attendance, compliance)
Ability to manage KPIs and derive insights from data to drive operational improvements
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis using data
Good communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional coordination
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
